Terms of Service

1. Operator and service

Rasovate Pvt Ltd provides team-managed social-media content and account-management services through Rasovate Social Publisher. Our address is 50 M, Mohallah Hashim Pura, Fategarh, Sialkot, Pakistan. Contact: rasovate.ltd@gmail.com.

The public website contains service information and policies, not a customer self-service publishing portal. TikTok API publishing is under evaluation and is not offered as an approved public integration. Available work and platform features are established in each client engagement.

2. Eligibility and authorization

You must be an adult with authority to enter the engagement and own or be authorized to manage each relevant account. Follow each platform's eligibility rules. Connections must use supported authorization methods; do not supply social passwords or browser cookies. Authority to manage one account does not authorize access to another.

3. Content and instructions

You retain rights in your content. You authorize only the access, storage, processing and delivery needed for the agreed service. Ownership of newly commissioned creative work is determined by the client agreement, not transferred automatically by these terms.

Publishing must follow agreed approvals covering the selected account, media, caption, timing, visibility and disclosures. Request changes or cancellation promptly through the agreed channel. A cancellation may not be possible once content has been sent to the platform. Platform processing, account limits and service interruptions can delay or prevent publication.

4. Platform compliance

You must have rights to use the content, likenesses and music supplied for publication. Required promotional, paid-partnership and AI-content disclosures must be accurate. You must not request impersonation, unauthorized copying, unlawful content, fake engagement, spam, unauthorized account access or bypassing platform restrictions.

Where a TikTok integration becomes available, its use remains subject to TikTok permissions, creator controls, upload consent, applicable content disclosures and required music or branded-content acknowledgements. These terms do not substitute for the platform's consent flow or grant API approval.

5. Fees and scope

Fees, deliverables, payment dates, renewal, cancellation and any refund arrangements are agreed in the written proposal or client agreement before paid work begins. This website does not establish an automatic subscription or authorize a charge. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality obligations and processing instructions may be supplemented by the client agreement. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Platform authorization does not permit unrelated use of client content.

7. External services and limitations

Social platforms and infrastructure providers have their own rules and may change features, permissions or limits. Rasovate is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or other connected platforms. We do not guarantee platform approval, uninterrupted availability, account safety, engagement, reach or business results. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Ending access

Contact us to end services, disconnect accounts or cancel pending work. You can independently revoke platform authorization in platform settings. Disconnection does not automatically delete published posts or all stored files. Data requests are handled under the privacy policy and applicable law. Work or access may be suspended for security, unlawful conduct or platform violations, subject to contractual and legal obligations.

9. Questions, disputes and updates

Contact rasovate.ltd@gmail.com about a dispute or policy question. The applicable client agreement may establish governing law and dispute arrangements, subject to mandatory protections. These terms do not create an exclusive forum or waive statutory rights. Material changes will be published here and communicated through the agreed client contact channel; they do not retroactively authorize new work or charges.
