Privacy Policy

1. Who operates the service

Rasovate Pvt Ltd operates Rasovate Social Publisher, a team-managed social-media service. Contact us at rasovate.ltd@gmail.com or 50 M, Mohallah Hashim Pura, Fategarh, Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy covers service enquiries, authorized account management and related content handling. It does not replace the privacy policies of connected social platforms.

2. Information handled

For enabled services, we handle contact and business details you provide, account identifiers, authorized connection credentials, media and captions, publishing instructions, schedules, approval records, publishing responses and support communications. Account performance information is handled only where it is available through an enabled service and authorized access. Not every integration or data category is used for every client.

Official platform authorization may issue access or refresh tokens. You should not send us your social-platform password or browser cookies. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request information and operational logs. The static policy pages do not themselves contain advertising scripts or analytics trackers; separate platform interfaces may use authentication cookies.

3. Why information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services, prepare and publish authorized content, report outcomes, administer client agreements and protect service operation. Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis, processing must have that basis, such as performing an agreement, legitimate operational interests where permitted, a legal obligation, or specific consent. Platform authorization is not permission for unrelated use.

For client-controlled account data processed on client instructions, responsibilities and permitted activities should be recorded in the client agreement, including any required data-processing terms.

4. Sharing and service providers

Approved publishing sends the selected media and metadata to the relevant social platform. Our authorized team and providers involved in the agreed work may process information necessary for their role. The current setup uses Postiz software for account management, Cloudflare for network/DNS services, and Hostinger for these public pages. Postiz software use does not mean all client information is hosted by Postiz Cloud.

Optional AI or media-production services are separate from account authorization. Client permission and appropriate contractual safeguards are required before confidential client material is supplied to such services. Contact us for the providers and processing arrangements applicable to your engagement. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

5. Storage, security and retention

Account-management information and production files may be stored on operator-controlled systems, while public website information is hosted separately. Providers and social platforms may process information outside Pakistan. This policy does not assert that all systems use identical storage locations or encryption.

Access must be limited to authorized personnel for agreed tasks. No service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while required for the agreed work, account connection, support, applicable legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping. Retention depends on the record and agreement; this policy does not promise an unverified fixed deletion deadline. Contact us for the retention arrangements applicable to your information.

6. Disconnecting, deletion and rights

Email rasovate.ltd@gmail.com to request access, correction, disconnection, cancellation of pending work or deletion. Include the account handle and request, but no password, token or identity document unless a secure verification method has been agreed. We may need to confirm your authority over the account.

You can also revoke platform authorization in the platform's settings. Revocation can stop API access but does not automatically remove previously published posts or erase local files and backups. Requests must address pending schedules and stored data as well as access. Legal retention duties, records needed for disputes and backup handling may limit immediate erasure; relevant limitations should be explained when handling your request.

Depending on applicable law, additional rights may include portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. Statutory rights are not waived by this policy.

7. TikTok integration status

TikTok API publishing is under evaluation, not approved for public use through this service. This policy does not claim that TikTok credentials or data have already been collected through an enabled integration. Any future feature must have the required platform permissions, accurate disclosures and authorization before use.

8. Eligibility and changes

Services are intended for adult business customers and authorized adult account representatives, subject to connected-platform eligibility rules. We do not offer a service directed at children. Material policy changes will be posted here and communicated to affected clients using their agreed contact channel before materially different processing begins.
